P.C. Judy

Sundays J/S exposed the racial gap in Milwaukee street repairs. The DPW is slower to fix potholes in minority neighborhoods.

Always PC Judy said that's to cut down on high speed chases.

So, are there any neighborhoods within the city limits of Milwaukee that AREN'T minority neighborhoods?
