We're supposedly having a blizzard, which is a word I've never even heard them use around here before. Every school is closed, the Court is closed, all state and municipal offices, etc. 2 to 3 inches of sleet, followed by 15 to 20 inches of snow, followed by white out conditions due to 50 mph winds. I took this picture a few minutes ago.
So far, its barely covering the grass, so we have a long way to go before its officially White Death.
Matthew is planning his snow fort as we speak. I think its just a smidgen larger than the Taj Mahal.
I just got my Internet working again after a week. The thingy wasn't talking to the watchamacallit, so I unplugged the dohickey and replugged it in, and now its fine. Who needs I.T.? My IT person from the office couldn't figure it out and was about to wipe my entire system clean and start over. I fixed it in 3 minutes......Sigh.
Anyway, Happy Snow Day to all. I'll keep you posted. If we're still here, that is.......
